    Recorded at the Aberdeen University DIRECTOR'S CUT series of talks, JANICE FORSYTH talks to 87-year-old film director GUY HAMILTON, the man behind the Bond movies GOLDFINGER, DIAMONDS ARE FOREVER, LIVE AND LET DIE, THE MAN WITH THE GOLDEN GUN, and the man who also made FUNERAL IN BERLIN, THE COLDITZ STORY and THE BATTLE OF BRITAIN.

    Earlier in his career Hamilton also worked as assistant director on Carol Reed's THE THIRD MAN and on John Huston's THE AFRICAN QUEEN.
