06:30 - News and Sport

06:35 – Chris is still slightly jarred from last night when his friend Sandy came round. Yesterday he did lots of geeky things and discovered a new Audioboo application on his iPhone. Today Dave is taking delivery of a hot mix for Chris’ soundclash with Westwood on Sunday. In audiobore news, Chris has a local weather report from Tony Blackburn

07:00 - News and Sport

07:05 – The good news is that Tony Blackburn has posted another audiobore saying that he’s arrived at work safely, having successfully traversed the Dartford River Crossing. Dave has done a video of his unique thumb which is currently on the Blog page of Radio 1 online

07:25 – We do a plug for Radio 1's Big Weekend, also for all the highlights stuff on BBC3 and the red button. We also get a long term weather forecast from MetCheck Rachel

07:30 - News and Sport

07:35 – We do another hot performance of Nana Windows, and Chris is looking forward to another posting from Tony Blackburn. He’s worried though that he may have crashed audiobore already

07:45 – We revisit Rachel’s singing prowess. Dave thinks her singing voice is better than her speaking voice

08:00 - News and Sport

08:05 – It’s The Apprentice tonight, but once again it clashes with the football. Well done to Leeds United on their forthcoming tie with Millwall and we’ve had another message from Westwood. It’s fierce once again, but Chris is hoping to walk away with one of his big dog rides when he hands over the logbook

08:20 – We run through some of the weekend’s line up and promote Chris’ soundclash with Westwood. Then for those who don’t know a great deal about Swindon and the surrounding area, we play Aled’s guide

08:30 - News and Sport

08:35 – We read out some texts from people who are excited in the Swindon area.

08:45 – Aled’s here to talk about his Surgery tent at the Big Weekend. It really does offer a whole range services

08:55 – We talk more about Aled’s tent and the services he offers and the mood badges. Dave has just been given a pink wink

08:57 – We play a bit of the Alesha Dixon parody for Aled

09:00 – Tedious Link – Red Hot Chili Peppers 'Give It Away'

09:05 – Matt Fincham is here so we ask him about his canal boat holiday in the Midlands. Rachel then runs through the rest of the day on Radio 1

09:20 – We talk about who we’re all looking forward to seeing at the Big Weekend and we play Lamb Bhuna which is a possible contender for our set on the Saturday

09:30 - News and Sport

09:45 – We talk about Pink’s recent stay in the UK and the fact that she must have forgotten to ring Chris and meet up for a drink, and then we do Cheggers' Pop Quiz with Gemma and Kaylee. It’s a draw so both back tomorrow

10:00 – Matt raps to The Streets and we chat to Jo Whiley about Dizzee Rascal
