Synopsis
The Traffic Cops in South Wales are involved in a series of late night car chases, crashes and fatal accidents. They are dealing with a new breed of car criminal - creeper crooks - who ply their trade by sneaking around in the dead of night breaking into houses to steal keys and cars.
