Three junior and three senior schools have performed before the celebrity judging panel of Howard Goodall, Natasha Marsh and Bazil Meade, and it is time to find out who the winners are.
The award is presented by Chitra Bharucha, Vice-Chairman of the BBC Trust, and music includes Ride On Ride On in Majesty and Praise My Soul the King of Heaven.
