Synopsis
It is a difficult task to sell a property in the current climate, so why leave it to an expert when no-one knows your home better than you? Axe the Agent? follows two homeowners who have decided to ditch the estate agent and try to sell their homes on their own.
They hope to make a saving on the commission fees; however, they soon find out just how demanding a challenge they face! Our two property experts, former estate agent Johnny Benarr and property developer Gary McCausland, are on hand to aid the struggling homeowners on their quest to market their homes and achieve that all-important sale.
Val Hiett in Abingdon and Marilyn Booth in Gedling are two women on a mission to sell their homes. While Val hopes to attract interest from people with green fingers, Marilyn hopes to score a hole-in-one on the streets of Nottingham.
