Synopsis
Factual series about homeless children.
Shane is nine years old and his family are making their fifth move in six months. The new house is less than perfect and has infestations from mice to cockroaches. When Christmas arrives, the cupboards are nearly bare as Mum has an anxious wait for the social security money. The children make the most of it and later enjoy some time off school when the snow falls.
