This programme follows two homeowners who have decided to go it alone and sell their home without going through an estate agent. The aim is to save on commission fees, but they soon find out that not only is the job full-time, it's full-on. The experts, property developer Gary McCausland and former estate agent Jonny Benarr, put the homeowners through their paces to help them achieve that elusive sale.

Linda Jepson in Bolton and the Loughran family in Ringmer near Lewes take on the momentous task of axing the agent and going solo to sell their homes.
