Synopsis
Adrian Chiles, Christine Bleakley and guests celebrate all that is good about the country in which we live, with reports on stories from around the UK. They are joined by glamorous Jane McDonald.
Christine Walkden finds out about the resurgence of the caravan and there's a look into the vital role volunteers play in helping the police force. Wildlife man Mike Dilger samples stinging nettles and Marty Jopson investigates another body trick.
