Synopsis

It is back and bigger than ever. Twelve novice magicians compete in the toughest contest of their lives in a series with presenter Ortis Deley.

The 12 sorcerees arrive at magic school and are immediately thrown in at the deep end. They have just two days to perfect their first magic subject, a trick with animals, before two of them will be eliminated from the contest.

The girls begin learning how to make a bunny disappear whilst the boys try to make a real snake transform into a plastic one. But to master animal magic takes confidence and control, and it is a tough trick for Michael, Holly and Elizabeth who are all scared of animals.

It is not just the sorcerees competing, their magic teachers Mr Knight and Miss Evans are also battling in a series of Teacher Challenges. The Sorcerer wants you to get in on the act too; he showcases an amazing trick to try at home.

Before they can perform their tricks in the theatre, the sorcerees face a dog agility challenge to build their confidence with animals. Whoever wins this, wins a magic ticket, and that means guaranteed safety in the first eliminations. Who will come out top dog?
