Synopsis
Property series. Martin Roberts and Lucy Alexander visit a new build in Dawlish without a roof or a floor, a perfect rental property with two bedrooms and two bathrooms in Sittingbourne and a two bedroom house in Derby.
All of these properties have been sold at auction, and Martin and Lucy learn who bought them and what they paid for them when they went under the hammer.
