Synopsis

Presented by Jenni Murray.

Do women face a post-code lottery when it comes to the management of an ectopic pregnancy? Consultant Maggie Blott and Professor Bill Ledger join Jenni to discuss the issues.

Eileen Rees is Head of Waterbird Conservation for the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust. She has spent the last thirty years of her life tracking the migration of Bewick's Swans to our shores from Russia. Fiona Parsons travels to Slimbridge in Gloucestershire to meet her.

In a new book Sir Ken Robinson explains how individuals like Paul McCartney and dancer and choreographer Gillian Lynne were encouraged to follow their passions, and as result went on achieve exceptional success. Ken joins Jenni along with Gillian to tell the story of her remarkable career.

Should women in their thirties and forties envy the Baby Boomers? We ask whether the post-war generation deserve resentment or gratitude.
