Synopsis
Martin Roberts and Lucy Alexander visit a one-bedroom flat in Cornwall, an unusual plot up for grabs in Kent, and office space in York.
All of these properties have been sold at auction, and Martin and Lucy learn who bought them and what they paid for them when they went under the hammer.
