Synopsis
Martin Roberts and Lucy Alexander visit a property in Wigan that has a case of wash day blues, a flat in Reading, and a house in Kent that, if it was a car, would be a convertible.
All of these properties have been sold at auction, and Martin and Lucy learn who bought them and what they paid for them when they went under the hammer.
