Synopsis

Presented by Jenni Murray.

TV presenter Graham Norton joins Jenni to discuss his role in the musical La Cage aux Folles.

Is hula hooping the latest keep fit craze? Anna Bailey met teacher Christabel Zamor and her class at a hoop dance workshop in Nuneaton.

Martha Carrier was hanged on 19 August 1692 in Salem, Massachusetts, for being a witch. Ten generations on Kathleen Kent, direct descendant of Martha Carrier, has written her first novel based on Martha's story and family history.

A new ruling from the Law Lords says care workers and nurses accused of abuse should not be suspended and should not lose pay until the case against them is proven. The government now faces compensation claims worth millions of pounds. Jenni discusses the issues with Daniel Blake from Action on Elder Abuse, and Helen Caulfield, a solicitor for the Royal College of Nursing.
