Synopsis

Terry Wogan is joined by Tess Daly and Fearne Cotton for a spectacular night of music, fun and fundraising. It's surprises galore in store as our favourite TV stars join forces to 'Do Something Different' for this year's marathon charity appeal.

The stars of the BBC's I'd Do Anything come together for an exclusive performance of Oliver, and the cast of the Bill do the jailhouse rock at Sun Hill in their tribute to the Blues Brothers.

Terry and Tess go head to head in a Strictly Come Dancing spectacular and Children in Need viewers get an early introduction to the new Doctor in an exclusive sneak preview of the Doctor Who Christmas Special.
