Synopsis
Melody visits a friend undergoing cancer treatment, who fears her secret past will endanger an admirable relationship.
Meanwhile, Vivien returns to the surgery, feeling alone in dealing with her rape trial, and tensions escalate between Lily and Julia, leaving Heston caught in the middle.
