Duration: 59 minutes

Sixties icon Twiggy heads up this fashion series which sees 100 women donating their clothes to a huge clothes swapping extravaganza.

Each of the women has chosen five items from her wardrobe to be displayed in a huge purpose-built retail space where all the clothes cost nothing.

There is a customising corner to accommodate all shapes and sizes, and a team of hair and make-up stylists offering all the women the chance of a glamorous makeover.

Each week at the Frock Exchange, Twiggy is joined by Lauren Laverne and Grazia style director Paula Reed, who help guide women towards a brand new look.

Every edition of the programme features a celebrity who drops by offering up something from their own wardrobe. This time it is TV presenter Fearne Cotton giving away a Marc Jacobs dress.

As well as swapping, there are designer interviews and giveaways, starting with Matthew Williamson, and great human interest stories like Marika who is search of a new look after losing 11 stone.
