Synopsis
Property programme in which Kristian Digby shows sellers how to get ahead of the competition by launching their homes on the market through a one-off open day.
Lee and Star Davidson's Hersham home was their first property purchase together, but with two sons and another child on the way they have thoroughly outgrown the place.
The house is perfectly located on the loveliest street in town, but in this tough market will Kristian and his team be able to secure that top offer?
