Synopsis

Spin-off series in which the LazyTown characters have fun finding out about different sports and activities.

Ziggy's UK adventures continue when he joins friends to learn about hip-hop dancing. With their help, Ziggy discovers what kind of steps are needed to dance, that music is much better to dance to than singing a song, and that practising helps dancers get better.

Meanwhile, Sportacus gets energetic as he introduces his latest exercise of the day, the power jump. Mayor Meanswell and Bessie Busybody present the latest headlines in LazyTown news. Stephanie and her friends are on the move again as they show their dance moves.

Stingy is afraid that he doesn't know the right moves for the dance party, so the Mayor teaches him the Stingy Wiggle. Pixel challenges Sportacus to do a somersault with a double spin.
