Synopsis
In the last episode, three couples battled it out at motorway service stations for the chance to keep their restaurants open.
After a skilful demonstration by Raymond on how to slice-up and use every part of an expensive Sea Bream, the seven remaining couples get a surprise - an equally tasty delivery. Raymond wants them to use every scrap of it in their weekend service to prove they care about not wasting food. From head to tail the couples that create the most appetising dishes and have the least left over will avoid Raymond's next challenge.
