An undercover mole investigates a branch of a national pub chain, exposing a catalogue of hygiene disasters including maggot-infested meat and the sausage with a secret ingredient - harmful bacteria.

Anita poses as the boss of a cleaning company and sneaks behind the scenes of a dirty kebab shop, where she finds e-coli in the kitchen. The team also showcase a handy scheme giving the public access to hygiene scores for restaurants across the UK.
