Synopsis
Petroc Trelawny presents a concert from the 2008 City of London Festival featuring sarod player Amjad Ali Khan collaborating with fellow Indian musicians and the Scottish Chamber Orchestra. The programme combines works by Bach and Vivaldi with a work based on traditional Indian ragas, which explores the common traits of both eastern western music.
