Synopsis

Controversial Manchester artist Michael J Browne, best known for his portraits of Manchester United players, takes on a new challenge to show how England inspires his art. He's taken from his inner-city comfort zone to Wordsworth's home village in Cumbria to paint the locals.
Made in England is a joint partnership between BBC English Regions and Arts Council England.
