Synopsis
Series in which nutritionist Natalie Savona and psychological coach Stephen Briers help people with strange eating habits and food phobias. Aspiring politician Helen Tree is about to become a student, though she is already a fan of a staple student food - pasta. But pasta is virtually the only thing Helen eats and the only sauce she uses to liven it up is ketchup. Worryingly, Helen is often in and out of hospital with undiagnosed problems, possibly caused by the lack of nutrients in her diet.
