Lesley and Carolyn have been left to their own devices and they are harvesting spinach and looking into 'superfoods' to plant and produce in small spaces. If the weather has been a bit kinder they will also attempt once again to cut the first Beechgrove bouquet from the new cut flower plot. Meanwhile, Jim and Carole are in Banchory at a new community allotment. Jim and Carole find out how it was created and talk to the allotment holders.
