    2013 competitors

    The main competition gets under way tonight, with Concert 1 taking place at St David’s Hall. Find out all about the singers and their programmes: Kihwan Sim from South Korea, Katherine Broderick from England, Yi Li from China, Jamie Barton from USA and Marko Mimica from Croatia.  

    The first broadcast coverage is also this evening, with a celebration of the competition’s 30th birthday on BBC Four and BBC Two Wales at 7.30pm and highlights of Concert 1 at 10.30pm on BBC Two Wales.
