Jamie Cullum

A look back at 2004 when Jamie Cullum, the young singer/songwriter, signed a million pound record deal - previously unheard of for a British jazz musician - and was named the Best Newcomer at the BBC Radio Jazz Awards. His music ranges from covers of Radiohead's High and Dry to Jimi Hendrix to more classic jazz standards.

It also includes songs penned by both him and his brother Ben. Dubbed Sinatra in Sneakers and the David Beckham of Jazz, the diminutive singer delivers on all fronts.
