Celebrity chef James Martin shares his love of puddings with the nation. James is at home sweet home, the source of so many people’s favourite recipes. He shows us the simple skills needed for good old fashioned home baking, helped by the talents of Will Torrent, his assistant chef.
Along the way James also takes Will off to investigate whether spending extra cash on designer eggs makes a difference to your dessert, and puts a traditional cook up against a scientific one to find out which method makes the best cake, before testing them on the experienced palette of Harrods’ food buyer.
