Synopsis
Remake of the Bruce Lee classic Fist of Fury, with Jet Li taking the role of the martial arts master who returns to Shanghai in 1937 to find his teacher murdered and his school taken over by the occupying Japanese. When Chen discovers that a rival martial arts school may be responsible for his master's death he sets out to obtain justice.
Loosely based on a true story, with fight choreography by Yuen Woo-Ping, who is also responsible for the fight scenes in The Matrix.
