Synopsis
Factual entertainment series about phobias and a radical new way to overcome them. During an intense three days, psychologists Dr Lucy Atcheson and Felix Economakis help two severe phobics face their fears by combining one-to-one therapy treatments with challenging visits to the Panic Room, where anything can happen and their worst fears can come to life. Singer Gareth has a morbid fear of fish, while sales trainer Ruth's fear of snakes is so bad that she can't even wear a scarf around her neck.
