Synopsis
An affectionate, light-hearted, countdown of those classic pop hits that stormed the music charts and secured their place in our hearts.
The show takes a comedic poke at some of the classics of pop and rock history. Nostalgic, fresh and entertaining it will be a mixture of those catchy songs you relish in private but wouldn’t dare to be caught dancing to in public, those maddening tunes that are so catchy you just can’t get them out of your head, or those tracks that simply started off great but suffered from a heavy dose of over-exposure.
From Bryan Adams to Billy Joel, Chumbawamba to TaTu, Whitney Houston to Wings; this show counts down the top 100 songs that have tickled your pop consciousness in some way.
