Police Captain Laure Berthaud ( played by Caroline Proust)

Berthaud is a no-messing, vigorous and doggedly determined police captain - renowned for pushing both herself and her team and utterly invested in her job. Never one to shy away from taking risks, her approach has landed her in trouble in the past.
Deputy Prosecutor Pierre Clément (Played by Grégory Fitoussi)

A rising star in his profession, Deputy Prosecutor Pierre Clément has never allowed himself to forget why he went into law in the first place. His untarnished reputation for honesty and rectitute has however made him a number of politically influential enemies.
Judge François Roban (Played by Philippe Duclos)

Equally as committed to justice as Pierre Clément, but with more experience and a longer career behind him, Roban is a steely, rigorous judge. He applies the law meticulously, but his dedication to fighting unlawfulness wherever it may occur can sometimes be a source of discomfort in high places and has resulted in a neglected personal life.
Police Lieutenant Gilles "Gilou" Escoffier (Played by Thierry Godard)

Berthaud's long-term colleague and friend, Gilou, is a rough-around-the-edges kind of cop, whose methods and life-style are not always above the law. Gilou has a history of dependency on illegal substances, which he has now put behind him.
Police Lieutenant Frédéric "Tintin" Fromentin (played by Fred Bianconi)

'Tintin' Fromentin is Gilou's antithesis in Captain Bethaud's squad. A husband and father, he is the only member of the team who has anything resembling a normal life and will often be the voice of sensible pragmatism.
Lawyer Joséphine Karlsson (played by Audrey Fleurot)

Joséphine Karlsson is a talented and fiercely ambitious young lawyer. Determined to get to the top at all costs and undeterred by scruples, she will take on any case that will prove advantageous to her career but has sometimes excercised poor judgement in the choice of company she keeps.
