Mohamed Tahar Tabte
Mohamed Tahar Tabte seriously injured a man in an unprovoked attack in Bournemouth in January 2012.
The victim was severely beaten, suffering multiple fractures to his skull and jaw as well as bleeding on the brain.
Tabte was convicted of GBH but failed to turn up at court to be sentenced.
The 39-year-old – who is originally from Algeria – has two tattoos - a flying horse on his right shoulder and a swallow on his right hand.
