Combat Stress
Combat Stress is the UK's leading military charity specialising in the care of Veterans' mental health.
If you have served in the UK Armed Forces, or know someone who has, you can call the Combat Stress 24-hour Helpline on 0800 138 1619.
If you’re currently serving, or have served as a Regular or Reservist, you can use the Helpline. If you are a family member or carer worried about a loved one, or if you are suffering yourself, you can use it too.
Whoever you are, if you have trouble sleeping, get flashbacks, feel depressed, get anxious sometimes, or just feel that something’s not quite right, please get in touch.
Talking2Minds
Talking2Minds was established with the sole purpose of helping those suffering from PTSD or other severe stress related conditions.
They aim to help as many people as possible and offer FREE Paradigm therapeutic programmes to those most in need within the UK.

Warrior Programme
The Warrior Programme is a personal training, motivational and educational programme. The course teaches individuals how to take control of their life, and how to increase confidence, motivation and focus, enabling participants to create a healthy, independent and balanced life style. The programme is particularly suitable for ex-service personnel.
