We feel for cute-as-a-button Bobby Beale, whose home life is about as stable as Kim Fox in stilettoes after ladies' night at R&R.
I want to play!Bobby Beale
- Favourite foods: Though a lover of sausage, mash and ketchup on everything, raised by a chef, Bobby’s palate is maturing quicker than his age!
- Health: Bobby had a blood transfusion after he was born. His blood group is A/O
- Family: Bobby's godfather was Den Watts
- Phases: Bobby used to love dressing up in costumes, but has since grown out of it!
Bobby's biological mum, Laura, died in dubious circumstances. Jane was the closest thing to a mum he had, but she left, unable to endure another minute as Mrs Beale. Mandy took over the unlikely role of 'mum' for a while until she too left The Square.
As for paternity - rumours were rife that Garry Hobbs was his father after a drunken fling with Laura, until a blood test proved it was Ian. Now that he’s set up in the Beale family home, he can look forward to a lifetime of summers spent in the fish and chip shop, and his every move being controlled by his overbearing father. And when Ian discovers that Bobby has started a romance with little Tiffany Butcher, he’s not best pleased – neither is Bianca. Bobby and Tiff look set to become Walford’s answer to Romeo and Juliet. Hmm, Bobby, bet you’re wishing you were a Hobbs after all...
