On a journey through London to meet Alfie, Kat was shocked to see a familiar face from a bus window - Stacey! After telling Max, the pair soon discovered fugitive Stacey had been living a whole new life under the name of ‘Jenny’. With Max’s help, Kat tracked down Stacey’s new address, where she was living with daughter Lily and her new partner, Luke.
Stacey soon discovered that Kat was trying to track her down, and headed to Walford. Heartbroken at being discovered, and with her new life in ruins, Stacey knew she would be unable to stay in The Square. However, Kat had a plan... She would visit Janine in prison and ask her to retract her statement about being stabbed by Stacey. However, Kat and Stacey soon learnt that if Janine was going to help them, they’d have to help Janine!
Returning home, the pair were surprised to find Luke, who soon fled after learning the truth about Stacey and Archie. Picking up the pieces, Kat was quick to make a deal with the devil and act as a witness for Janine.
