The BBC will only ever use personal details for the purposes of administering this event. Please see the BBC’s Privacy Policy: BBC Privacy Policy.

The material of the photo must be suitable to be broadcast by the BBC. Photos must not contain defamatory, obscene, offensive, or any other unsuitable material. Please see the BBC’s editorial guidelines for further information: BBC Editorial Guidelines.

All photos must be your own original work. They must not infringe the rights of any other party. The BBC accepts no liability if contributors ignore these rules and contributors agree to fully indemnify the BBC against any claims by any third party arising from any breach of these rules.

No breaking the law.

Photos taken secretly will not be accepted. If it can be reasonably interpreted that the people featured in the photo are not aware of being photographed, your photo will not be accepted.

If your photo features people other than you, those people should be aware they were being photographed and should have the permission of those people. If children under 16 feature, you must have the relevant parental consent.

This is open to UK residents only.

To enter photos you must be at least 16 years old.

The decision to show photos online and/or TV will be decided by BBC Comedy and is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

There will be no fee offered for photos shown online or on TV.

By submitting your photo you agree to allow the BBC to use the material in any way it wants (including modifying and adapting it for operational and editorial reasons). For more information about contributing to the BBC: User Generated Content FAQs

Copyright in your photo will remain with you and the permission outlined above is not exclusive, so you can continue to use the material in any way including allowing others to use it.

The Producers do not accept any responsibility for any technical failure or any other problem with any server, internet access or system, which may result in any entry being lost or not properly registered or recorded. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

Contributors will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when submitting their photos.

The BBC, its sub-contractors, subsidiaries and/or agencies cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for malfunction, the post or otherwise which may result in any entry being lost or not properly registered or recorded. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

The BBC has the right to cancel or amend these Terms and Conditions at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion and, if circumstances arise outside its control.

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
