The NEXUS Institute works across Northern Ireland to respond to the needs of adults (16+) who have experienced sexual abuse, rape and sexual violence. Women's Aid

Women's Aid is the national domestic violence charity which supports over 250,000 women and children every year. If you need information or support you can go to the Women's Aid website where you can access the Survivor's Handbook, plus you can find details of your local service. Or you can call the National Domestic Violence Helpline (run by Women's Aid and Refuge) on 0808 2000 247.

Rape Crisis National Helpline

Rape Crisis National Helpline can offer help and support to male and female survivors of rape or sexual abuse over 14 years of age, however long ago it happened. They can also offer help and support to partners, friends and family. You can contact them on the National Freephone Helpline: 0808 802 9999 (daily from 12noon to 2:30pm and 7pm to 9:30pm)

Survivors UK

Survivors UK provide information, support and counselling for men who have been raped or sexually abused. Contact them by phone on 0845 122 1201 Monday and Tuesday evenings between 7pm and 9.30pm and Thursday afternoons between 12:00PM and 2:30PM

AddictionNI has been working since 1978 to provide support and treatment to people affected by alcohol or drug addiction. They provide tailor-made treatment programmes for people with drug or alcohol problems, delivered in community settings.
