Doors open 1 hour before the start of each concert (two and a half hours for restaurant and bar access) and 30 minutes before each late-night concert. Tickets and passes will be scanned upon entry. Please have them ready, one per person.

Latecomers will not be admitted into the auditorium unless or until there is a suitable break in the performance.

Children under 5 are not allowed in the auditorium out of consideration for both audience and artists, with certain exceptions (more information on this after the Proms 2018 launch on Thursday 19 April).

Bags and coats may be left in the cloakrooms at Door 9 (ground level) and at basement level beneath Door 6. A charge of £1.00 per item applies (cloakroom season tickets priced £20.40, including a 40p payment-handling fee, are also available).
