Doors open 45 minutes before the start of each concert (2 ½ earlier for restaurant and bar access) and 30 minutes before each late-night concert. Tickets will be scanned upon entry. Please have them ready, one per person.

Latecomers will not be admitted into the auditorium unless or until there is a suitable break in the music. There is a video screen in the Door 6 foyer with a digital audio relay.

Out of consideration for both audience and artists, children under the age of 5 are not allowed in the auditorium. See this page on special events for families.

Bags and coats may be left in the cloakrooms at Door 9 (ground level) and at basement level beneath Door 6. For reasons of safety and comfort, only small bags are permitted in the Arena.

In the interests of safety, bags may be searched upon entry.

Mobile phones and other electronic devices are distracting to other audience members. Please ensure they are switched off.

The use of cameras, video cameras and recording equipment is strictly forbidden.
