Use the Proms Planner on the Royal Albert Hall website, to create your personal Proms Plan. Once completed, this is ready for you to submit as soon as general booking opens at 9.00am on Saturday 16 May. Submitting your Proms Plan as soon as booking opens speeds up the booking process and means that you may be more successful in securing your preferred tickets for concerts in high demand. You must submit your Proms Plan in order to make a booking.

If you have any queries about how to use the Proms Planner, call the Royal Albert Hall Box Office on 0845 401 5040 *.

Should you not wish to use the Proms Planner, you can visit www.royalalberthall.com from 9.00am on Saturday 16 May to book your tickets online.

Please note: it is not possible to book entire boxes online. If you would like to book a full box, call the Box Office on 0845 401 5040* from 9.00am on Saturday 16 May. The ‘Select Your Own Seat’ option is not available via the Proms Planner or during the first few days that Proms tickets are on sale. You will be allocated the best available places within your chosen seating area. This is to allow as many customers as possible to book as efficiently as possible and to speed up the queue during the period of high demand.

If you are unable to get tickets for a popular Prom, keep trying at bbc.co.uk/proms or the Royal Albert Hall Box Office, as returns often become available. In addition, many boxes and some seats at the Royal Albert Hall are privately owned, and these seats may be returned for general sale in the period leading up to the concert. The Royal Albert Hall does not operate a waiting list.

If you can’t sit, stand!

Up to 1,350 Promming (standing) places are available in the Arena and Gallery on the day for every Prom at the Royal Albert Hall. If you arrive early enough on the day of the concert, you have a very good chance of getting in.
