What happens next?
We receive lots of emails, calls and letters – and our researchers do read everything you send us. If we are able to pursue your complaint, we will contact you. Because of the volume of calls we get, this may take some time. Unfortunately we can’t respond to everyone who contacts us.
What happens to your data?
Any details provided here will not be passed outside the BBC or its agents except as necessary to pursue your case. Your details will be stored securely on our database which is only accessible by the production team working on X-Ray. There may be occasions where we pass your details to other BBC programmes but only if we think the other BBC programmes are better able to help you.
