Countryfile Ramble for BBC Children in Need
The Countryfile Ramble for BBC Children in Need 2017
2017’s Countryfile Ramble for BBC Children in Need weekend has now taken place. A masive 'thank you' to the thousands of you who took part. By simply putting one foot in front of another you will have helped change the lives of some of Britain’s most disadvantaged youngsters. And remember, even if you missed the ramble weekend – it’s never too late to put on your own ramble. Simply download a sponsorship for or sign up to our ‘virtual ramble’ webpage below. A special Countryfile Ramble for BBC Children in Need programme will be shown on Sunday 29th October at 6:00pm on BBC1.

- Or you can pay in at any bank, but please do send us your sponsorship form with the bank stamp on it so we know you’ve rambled! And do fill in your details so we can send you a certificate.
Put on your own sponsored ramble
We want as many of you as possible to put on your own sponsored rambles.
Last year thousands of you took part, had a great day out in our glorious countryside – and most importantly, together helped us raise more than £1.5 million to help disadvantaged children across the country.
Every step you take will help change lives for the better.

Add your ramble miles with others as together we aim to walk the distance of the UK
Set your target, get your sponsors and clock up your miles. Then see your total combined with thousands of others - as we attempt to together ramble the distance around the UK and help change lives in the process.
Even if you can't ramble you can still offer your support.
We appreciate that not all of you may be able to put on your own ramble, but you can still support BBC Children in Need right now simply by following the link below and donating online. Your money will help people like the Penn family whose story is featured in the short film opposite.

Please respect the countryside you ramble through.
Always close gates behind you, take your litter home with you and follow recognised paths, or seek the landowner’s permission first.
