A brain tumour on his frontal lobe has completely changed a once passive man into an outgoing and uninhibited one, in the latest action from the drama set in a Midlands health centre. With his health deteriorating, both his worried son and Daniel want him to have a life-saving operation, but the man – who has spent his married life under the thumb of his dominating wife – likes his new character and is worried he'll revert back to his old self if he has the op.
Meanwhile, with Julia away, Heston agrees to advance Daniel £1,000. He also calls a meeting with just the doctors – upsetting Vivien, who thinks everyone should be invited – and announces he's hired Lily as the new partner, and that he is changing appointment times to five minutes. Everyone is outraged and, when Vivien finds out, she points out to Heston that he should think twice before going behind Julia's back.
Later, George and Ronnie continue to argue about their holiday – that is, until Ronnie comes to pick up George and she announces they are going to visit her mother during their time off.
Daniel is played by Matthew Chambers, Heston by Owen Brenman, Vivien by Anita Carey, George by Stirling Gallacher and Ronnie by Sean Gleeson.

The body of a boy is discovered near his school, in the latest two-parter in the medical crime drama series. The headmaster, Noel Hopkins, is one of Nikki's former teachers who she remembers as dynamic and inspiring.
A preliminary examination of the body reveals clear signs of abuse and, when the police learn that another boy, Liam, is also missing and was last seen leaving the school with the dead boy, they begin to fear that Liam has been abducted. The team must search the body of the dead boy for clues to find the living...
Leo continues the post-mortem, finding traces of an unknown toxic chemical, while Harry and Nikki go to the boys' houses to collect DNA samples. Liam's home is a grim, run-down flat he shared with his uncle, Francis, a construction worker who is supposedly working away. Despite the lack of female presence, there is make-up in the bathroom among the shaving equipment.
Nikki, meanwhile, stumbles on some hidden photos which show that Liam was being abused. When a fingerprint matches that of the landlord, Eddie Stokes, who has a record for child sex offences, he is immediately arrested – though he claims to know nothing.
Noel is also under police scrutiny, although Nikki refuses to believe he is capable of such a thing – even when a past allegation of sexual impropriety from one of his male students surfaces. A second body is later found not far from where the boys were last seen. It's in bad shape, but they find Liam's bus pass in a pocket. This is now a double murder inquiry and the police arrest Hopkins.
When Nikki starts the post-mortem on the body, it soon becomes apparent that this is not a child's body. It's a man in his twenties: Liam's missing uncle, Francis. So where is Liam?
Noel Hopkins is played by Reece Dinsdale, Nikki by Emilia Fox, Liam by Jack Pollock, Leo by William Gaminara, Harry by Tom Ward and Eddie Stokes by Alan Williams.

There is nowhere for the couples to hide as Raymond, along with his inspectors, Sarah Willingham and David Moore, climb aboard to share the passengers' experience.
From the moment the couples are told what they have to do, every decision they make counts. But it soon goes off the rails as poor choices, playing it safe and dud ideas turn one of the world's most glamorous train journeys into a four-hour struggle for survival.
After the train shudders to a halt, Raymond must decide which couple will go home with nothing and whose dream has finally come true.
