Dom's On The Case Of Hospital Charges Ep 2/5
Monday 22 to Friday 26 September
9.15-10.00am BBC ONE

Dom Littlewood looks at the clever ways that the NHS makes money out of its patients – from car parking charges to the high street chains that charge more for the same food and drink in hospital branches than on the high street – as he continues his investigation into the state of the NHS.

Dom's On The Case meets Don, who has cancer and has to pay £10 to park at his hospital every time he has chemotherapy. Dom also asks Addenbrookes hospital how they spend the £250,000 that they make on parking every month, and he discovers which hospital in the UK is the most expensive to park at.
