One of Nick's patients has Reiters Syndrome, and he discovers that it is as a result of the man's wife seeking revenge for her husband's adultery, as the drama based in a Midlands health centre continues.
Meanwhile, Vivien takes her driving test but feels claustrophobic in the car with the male examiner, and awkward when she accidentally brushes his elbow. Oblivious, the examiner is amazed when her nerves get the better of her and she bolts from the car, hyperventilating.
Vivien returns to the Mill and manages to avoid questions about her test. However, Jimmi soon notices her becoming more and more agitated with everything and offers to take her home. As he drops her off, Vivien admits she hasn't been sleeping and is scared to take the sleeping pills. She asks Jimmi if he will stay the night so she can get a good night's sleep.
Later, Archie overhears Melody asking where Daniel is, and tells Michelle he has blown it with Melody. He confides in Michelle what happened with JJ, but Michelle tells him Melody will come back.
Nick is played by Michael McKell, Vivien by Anita Carey, Jimmi by Adrian Lewis Morgan, Archie by Matt Kennard, Melody by Elizabeth Bower and Michelle by Donnaleigh Bailey.

Halford (James Bolam), Lane (Alun Armstrong), Detective Superintendent Pullman (Amanda Redman) and Standing (Dennis Waterman)
When ex-soap star Catherine Austin writes a biography of her late father, actor Michael Austin, the inclusion of a letter that appears to be a death threat from his rival, Billy Morley, forces the team to reopen the 1992 case into his death, as the acclaimed crime drama continues.
Austin died on stage during the opening night performance of Death At The Masked Ball, in what the original investigation concluded was a tragic accident. But, having been responsible for pulling the trigger of the prop gun that killed her husband, his widow, actress Helen Brownlow, has spent the last 16 years consumed with guilt, only now finding the strength to perform again. Will raking over the past push the already fragile actress over the edge?
DAC Strickland's nephew, James, joins the team to help out when Halford goes missing. A cocky young recruit, being fast-tracked through the Force, James is anything but one of the boys. When he develops a crush on Pullman, Standing and Lane show no mercy.
The case brings out the thespian in Lane who, after unwittingly auditioning for Julius Caesar, believes he has found a new calling. Standing, meanwhile, discovers that you should never meet your heroes when he questions Tommy Jackson, the arrogant star of a Nineties detective show.
Amanda Redman plays Detective Superintendent Sandra Pullman, James Bolam plays Jack Halford, Dennis Waterman plays Gerry Standing and Alun Armstrong plays Brian Lane. Kate Magowan plays Catherine Austin, Claire Bloom plays Helen Brownlow, Anthony Calf plays DAC Strickland, Will Kemp plays James Strickland and Dexter Fletcher plays Tommy Jackson.

Ching-He Huang meets her friend, Wendy Jenkins, at Chepstow racecourse
Ching-He Huang, the new star of Chinese cooking, continues her mission to bring fresh, easy and healthy Chinese food to the UK.
This week, she demonstrates recipes inspired by her love of Chinese fast food and cooks a range of fast and healthy recipes inspired by the dishes served on every street corner in China and Taiwan.
Ching cooks egg fu young, inspired by a street dish served in her native Taiwan, and her own version of the most popular of all Chinese street foods, crispy fragrant duck with crunchy salad.
One of the country's leading organic tofu makers, in Leicestershire, reveals the delicate art of producing the perfect tofu. Armed with the fresh product, Ching demonstrates how to prepare a quick and easy dish of spicy tofu with edamame beans.
Ching also rustles up a sweet and sour king prawn dish for a group of hungry builders before meeting her friend, Wendy Jenkins, a racehorse trainer and owner, at Chepstow racecourse. Here, they cook two fresh Chinese-inspired street dishes: sweet and sour pork buns with caramelised onions and spicy beef stir-fry wraps with wasabi mayonnaise for the race-day bookies, commentators and punters.
