Caroline, whose son was snatched from his buggy two years ago, goes to see George, as she has insomnia, as the Midlands medical drama continues. Later, as George checks out an indoor play area, Alice's son is snatched. George then sees Caroline driving off with something – or someone – in the back of her car.
As George tries to help, she is torn between two women claiming to be the mother of the same boy. The truth is finally revealed as she discovers that Alice's "son" is the boy who was taken two years earlier, and that Caroline has actually "'snatched" her own son back.
Vivien has alarms fitted at home but, when she doesn't come to work, Jimmi is worried and goes to see her. Jimmi urges her to talk to someone about what has happened but she is adamant that she doesn't need help. Jimmi leaves and, as he walks down the drive, he hears Vivien locking up and sees her scanning the street for strangers.
Meanwhile, Daniel finds Melody in a muddle after she confuses two patients, and she explains that she has no self-confidence any more. Daniel asks Melody round for dinner to try to cheer her up.
Later, Melody gets a little tipsy and some gentle flirting turns into something more...
George is played by Stirling Gallacher, Vivien by Anita Carey, Jimmi by Adrian Lewis Morgan, Daniel by Matthew Chambers and Melody by Elizabeth Bower.

Hazel Irvine presents live coverage from the second round of the Barclays Scottish Open at Loch Lomond.
Nestled in the vast Clan Colquhoun estate and flanked by the mountains and the loch, the Scottish Open is one of the most spectacular venues on the golf circuit. But behind the beauty lies a challenging course and one of those who found it too much last year was Colin Montgomerie, who missed the cut. The Scot will be hoping for a strong performance this year with the Open Championship just a week away and with valuable Ryder Cup points also at stake.

Music lovers who aren't making the journey to Balado in Kinross are treated to three days of live performance from the festival which brings together more than 80,000 music fans and over 180 live acts on 12 stages.
BBC Three devotes more than 10 hours to
T In The Park coverage, packing in a feast of live music and interviews and leaving music fans no excuse for missing the top acts.

Live video coverage, highlights and exclusive content feature online at bbc.co.uk/tinthepark, where performances are available for a full week following the event.
Viewers in Scotland are offered additional access to the festival with live coverage and highlights over the weekend, presented by Edith Bowman with Radio 1 DJ Vic Galloway and El Presidente's Laura Marks.
Tonight, BBC Scotland joins BBC Three's coverage at 8pm and, at 8.30pm, there's exclusive continued coverage of the festival, including a KT Tunstall special at 9pm, devoted to the popular Scottish songwriter.

Only Yesterday – The Carpenters Story

BBC Four offers viewers another chance to enjoy this documentary charting the lives and careers of Richard and Karen Carpenter, as part of a special evening of programmes celebrating the duo.
The Carpenters were one of the biggest-selling pop artists of the Seventies but, beneath the surface of what appeared to be a perfect, wholesome, brother and sister duo, was a destructive and complex truth.
First broadcast last year, Only Yesterday traces their story which ended in tragedy with Karen's untimely death at the age of 32.
Featuring an extensive interview with Richard, this film includes many of the Carpenters' hits, archive footage, behind-the-scenes stills and contributions from friends, family and colleagues.
The Carpenters grew up in Connecticut and moved, as a family, to California to nurture Richard's musical talents. The formation of the Richard Carpenter Trio and then Spectrum followed, but it wasn't until Richard and Karen signed to A&M records, as a duo, in 1969 that they found success with their melodic pop.
A stream of hits – all featuring in this programme – including We've Only Just Begun, Superstar, Mr Postman and Only Yesterday, followed. But the effects of their extensive touring and studio work began to take its toll on both Richard and Karen.
Contributors include Dionne Warwick, Linda Perry, Herb Alpert and Jerry Moss (co-founders of A&M Records), record producer and Karen's boyfriend Mike Curb, manager Sherwin Bash, and Carpenters' guitarist Tony Peluso.
The programme also includes rarely seen archive footage of the Carpenters' appearances, including: For All We Know on The Andy Williams Show; Dancing In The Street on Your All-American College Show; Love Is Surrender on The London Bridge Special, featuring Tom Jones; and Goodbye To Love from The Tonight Show With Johnny Carson.
