Nick and Jimmi come into conflict over the treatment of an agoraphobic young mum who can't come to the surgery to see Nick, as the drama set in a Midlands health centre continues. Jimmi makes a home visit and tells her she may have an anxiety problem, which Nick isn't happy about. When her husband insists they go for a walk, she becomes panicked and phones Nick, who calms her down. He then helps her husband understand what is wrong with her.
Archie tries to talk to Melody about JJ but she shuts him up by announcing they are taking a break. When she goes home, however, she discovers a rolled-up note and traces of white powder. Melody mentions Archie's accusations to JJ, and although he admits he's using drugs, he denies dealing.
It's moving day for Jimmi and Eva, but Jimmi is working, so has to leave Eva to it. When he finally gets home, their unpacking is interrupted by Archie who, worried about Melody, ends up confiding in them both about what he knows about JJ. Eva suggests arresting him away from the flat so as not to get Melody involved, but can't give Archie any reassurances. Reluctantly he tells Eva where she can find JJ.
Nick is played by Michael McKell, Jimmi by Adrian Lewis Morgan, Archie by Matt Kennard, Melody by Elizabeth Bower, JJ by George Rainsford and Eva by Angela Lonsdale.

Gary Lineker presents live coverage of the Group A encounter in Basel between Switzerland and Turkey.
Having played what many observers consider to be stronger opponents in their opening matches, this game is likely to be pivotal to Switzerland and Turkey's chances of qualifying for the quarter-finals. Tensions between the sides are bound to be high anyway following their last meeting, a play-off clash in Istanbul for the 2006 World Cup, which was marred by a mass brawl at the final whistle.
Switzerland won that tie on the away goals rule and Turkey's hopes of avenging defeat today rest on Middlesbrough forward Tuncay Sanli and in-form strike partner Nihat Kahveci.
There are also highlights of the earlier game in this group between the Czech Republic and Portugal.
For viewers with access to the Red button there is live match coverage with alternative commentary and rolling highlights, as well as extensive highlights of every game, all the goals from the tournament and highlights of classic matches from previous years. There will also be a replay of today's match starting at 10pm.
Coverage of the match is also available on the BBC HD Channel.
