A driving lesson doesn't go well for Vivien (Anita Carey, left) and Julia (Diane Keen)
Melody helps a woman come to terms with the death of her daughter, but not before she is hospitalised with gallstones, in today's visit to the Midlands health centre.
Later, Julia and Vivien go out driving, but the lesson doesn't go well.
Elsewhere, at The Campus, Michelle asks Ruth why she wasn't at the meeting. Ruth claims it's because Davey's sister is staying, but
Davey almost fails to corroborate the story when Michelle asks him about it later.
Meanwhile, when Davey and Ruth get home, he is so annoyed by Ruth's behaviour that he makes her sit outside, in the cold, all night.
Melody is played by Elizabeth Bower, Julia by Diane Keen, Vivien by Anita Carey, Michelle by Donnaleigh Bailey, Ruth by Selina Chilton and Davey by Gavin Bell.

Bec (Renai Caruso) saves the life of a hit-and-run victim
Bec is finally given an appointment to see Dr Welsh at the hospital administration board, as the sun-drenched drama series set in an Australian beach resort continues.
While waiting for her interview, she spots Pia, now conscious although suffering several injures, being rushed into the emergency ward. Pia's condition begins to decline and she lapses into unconsciousness. Bec springs into action, taking control of the situation and saving Pia's life with swift medical intervention. Dr Welsh thanks her and the truth of Bec's CV is revealed.
Elsewhere, Stavva informs DS Wilson that he's certain Daniel McManus is behind Pia's hit-and-run. Enraged, Stavva confronts Daniel and a fight ensues. Wilson intervenes and Stavva is taken to the station and charged with assault. Distressed and guilt-ridden by his mother's ordeal, Stavva takes the situation into his own hands.
Meanwhile, Daniel makes Tess a handsome proposition, on the condition she agrees to leave town before Deborah returns from a business trip.

After a break of 15 years, Tony Banks, Phil Collins and Mike Rutherford, of super-group Genesis, are back.
This intimate, behind-the-scenes documentary has extraordinary access to the musicians in the run-up to last year's European stadium tour. With the first show in Helsinki only eight months away, Tony, Phil and Mike get together in a rehearsal studio with the rest of the band to see if they can recapture the old magic.
With a £10m stage production and a huge, expectant fan base, the stakes are high. As the countdown begins, the preparations are dogged by technical problems and creative challenges, but there's a lot of merriment, too.
The camera follows the band through design meetings and rehearsals. Backstage and archive clips illustrate their reflections upon Genesis, past and present, their hopes and their frustrations. Phil, in particular, struggles to balance the demands of a musical career as a famous front man with his private life as a dedicated father.
The film is a fascinating insight into these professional, intelligent and likeable men whose lives combine the extraordinary and the everyday.

After the re-formed Genesis found their 2007, 22-date European tour lashed by electric storms, the sun came out for the finale – a free concert open to 500,000 fans in Rome's ancient Circo Massimo. As darkness descends, it's a breathtaking spectacle, with a sweeping, curvaceous stage and huge graphics screens failing to dwarf the sound of a super-group reborn.
It's their first tour since splitting up, 15 years previously, and the fans are not to be disappointed. The band serves up plenty of old favourites, including Land Of Confusion, No Son Of Mine and the band's first charting single in 1973, I Know What I Like (In Your Wardrobe).
