British Olympic Dreams

Exclusive access to legendary Australian swimmer Ian Thorpe features in the latest in the series following the fortunes of Olympic hopefuls in the build-up to London 2012. It follows Thorpe in his Swiss training base ahead of his comeback to action as he looks to add to his five Olympic gold medals in 2012.

Women's marathon World Record holder Paula Radcliffe discusses her previous Olympic disappointments and recent return to form at the Berlin Marathon where she finished third, inside the UK Athletics qualifying time for London 2012.

There are also insights into the worlds of sprint canoe, handball and shooting.

Sir Bruce Forsyth and Tess Daly are back in the ballroom for the next round of Strictly Come Dancing 2011.

Tonight, all 12 remaining couples take to the dance floor with an array of glittering ballroom and Latin routines, in the hope of dazzling the judges and winning valuable votes from the viewing public.

The fearsome foursome – Len Goodman, Alesha Dixon, Bruno Tonioli and Craig Revel Horwood – are on hand to deliver their expert verdicts on each routine, and each award a score out of 10. Then the voting lines open for viewers at home to have their say.

The mysterious Julius Borden arrives in Camelot with news of a magical secret that threatens to change the landscape of the kingdom for ever, as the fantasy drama continues. He has located the final part of the key to the tomb of Ashkanar – an ancient mausoleum which holds a very special treasure: the last remaining dragon's egg.

Merlin is understandably drawn in by Borden's news and promises to help him. But just who is this enigmatic stranger and, more importantly, what does he really want with the egg?

Merlin is played by Colin Morgan and Julius Borden by James Callis.

Linda sticks out her neck to help a heroin addict and Dylan gets a shock when he meets new doctor Sam, as the medical drama continues.

Desperate for a fix, heroin addict Annie contacts Linda, who steals some valium to ease the cold turkey. But on leaving Annie's house, Linda is attacked by Annie's violent pimp, Damon. When Damon then confronts Annie she hits him with a wine bottle and they both end up in the ED.

When Damon and Annie are later discharged, Linda is shocked to learn they've returned to Annie's house together and she risks Tess's wrath to go and help. Can Linda free Annie and baby Evie from Damon's evil clutches once and for all?

Meanwhile, Dylan is shocked to meet new recruit Sam in the ED and it's clear they have history – especially when Sam mocks Dylan's claim to be the "Sherlock Holmes" of medicine, much to Zoe's watchful delight!

Linda is played by Christine Tremarco, Dylan by William Beck, Sam by Charlotte Salt, Annie by Naomi Bentley, Damon by Paul Sharma, Tess by Suzanne Packer and Zoe by Sunetra Sarker.

There's more chaos and mayhem in Justin's House this weekend.

In Saturday's episode, Justin (Justin Fletcher) decides to reward Robert the Robot for all his hard work by baking him a cake. He wants to make the cake a surprise, so he enlists the help of Little Monster and the audience to keep Robert away from the kitchen. Despite Justin's unconventional baking methods, a brilliant cream cake is created – but will Robert ever get to eat it?

On Sunday, Auntie Justina (Anne Charleston, Neighbours and Emmerdale) is due to visit. The last time she dropped by, Little Monster poured custard into her bag. Justin and Robert spend the entire time trying to keep Little Monster from doing the same thing again, despite the fact that Auntie Justina is very keen to meet her. Robert finds a novel way of preventing the bag being coated with custard, but forgets to tell Justin, leading to a sticky end!

Action adventurer Steve Backshall and children's TV favourite Naomi Wilkinson are back with another episode of Live 'n' Deadly – the show that proves you don't have to travel around the world to enjoy amazing adventures or animal encounters.

This week, Steve and Naomi are going underground as they take on the challenge of caving. It may be dark but there are plenty of deadly animals that make these cold, damp places their home.

Steve takes on a special celebrity guest star in a bid to claw back some much needed points, and Naomi completes her own breathtaking challenge to swim underwater through the caves.

Live 'n' Deadly is the only way to kick-start Saturday mornings!
