Tess and Linda clash over management styles and Ruth makes a stuttering return to the ED in the second part of Keep On Running.
Ruth has an interview to decide if she'll be fully reinstated as a doctor and, as usual, she seems supremely confident. But when a young stroke victim is brought into the ED, Ruth buckles under the pressure. Has she tried to walk before she can run?
A disapproving Tess and a hungover Linda clash over their very different management styles. Linda is determined she's in the right, until a run-in with a grieving patient forces her to reassess her attitude.
Meanwhile, Jeff continues to mentor tearaway Karl, despite everyone considering him a lost cause. Could Karl help Jeff face his guilt over Polly's death?
Suzanne Packer plays Tess, Christine Tremarco plays Linda, Georgia Taylor plays Ruth, Matt Bardock plays Jeff and Jack Bence plays Karl.
